• As a hot pad: It is used to relax muscle spasms in the feet and warm them, as it helps stimulate blood circulation in the feet.
  
• How to use the hot pad: heat in the microwave for 1 minutes at a maximum of 900-1000 Watts or 2 minutes at maximum of 700-800 Watts. or wrap in foil and place in the oven at 350 °F for 15 - 20 minutes. Will remain warm for up to 35 minutes.
• As a cold pad: to be used in case of sports bruises.
• How to use the cold kamada: place it in the freezer covered in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours. Or store it in the freezer until needed.
