EDITOR'S NOTE
Our artisanal Marron Glacé from Galicia is a delicate culinary product that is produced on a small scale according to traditional production methods. Its magical character comes both from its source and production process: only chestnuts with an excellent quality (selected according to criteria such as organoleptic properties, shape and appearance) are used to make Marron Glacé. Candicing chestnuts one by one into syrup through a complex process takes 240 hours.
