By establishing membership on the Site or purchasing or using products through the Site, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

You shall establish and use your membership on the Site, and purchase and use the products available through the Homegrown Site, in strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). All calls, emails, and other communications between you and Homegrown may be recorded.
The purchase of merchandise through the Homegrown site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet.
When making a purchase, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not share any customer data to any third parties and all customer data is held on a secure server.
The Website is available only to individuals who meet the Homegrown terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment method, i.e. a credit card etc., and who have authorized Homegrown to process a charge or charges on their payment method in the amount of the total purchase price for the Product(s).
By making an offer to purchase Product(s), you authorize Homegrown toperform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (and to the extent permitted by law appropriate credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card identification, and to authorize individual purchase transactions. We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we reasonably suspect that information provided by you is or may be false, Homegrown Market may use the personal information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud checks.
Homegrown attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products on the Site. Homegrown does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Homegrown Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified in the Return Policy.
Homegrown strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Site. We cannot, however, ensure against pricing errors. Homegrown reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Homegrown will notify you by email. In addition, Homegrown reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price. Prices will be charged in SAR.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Homegrown offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers.
Please note that although the Website lists available and unavailable Product(s), you may only purchase available Product(s). However, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond Homegrown’s control, where the Product(s) that is ordered is not available. In this case the Product(s) will be cancelled from your order and will be communicated to you. You will not be charged for the Product(s).
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific product being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Shipping and Tax
Shipping and taxes will be calculated based on the country and method of delivery.
Shipments will be sent out on the same day if the purchase is made before 2pm local time, and next day if it is made after. Depending on your location, this can take between 1-7 business days.
Homegrown is not responsible for any additional costs related to the custom taxes and regulations relative to your shipping country.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 1 business day to notify us regarding a return and 3 business days to exchange your items.
If you would like to return or exchange your items, please take the following steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com your name, address, order number, and explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
- The items must still be tagged, unworn, and undamaged. We might ask you to share a photo if necessary.
- After approval, we will contact you with instructions for the return.
- As we do not give refunds, we will provide you with store credit for another purchase.
