• A soft and practical Pilates ball.
• Suitable for use during Pilates exercises at home or in a studio.
• Features a compact size for easy use and storage, and its inflation level can be adjusted as needed.
• Made of PVC and measuring between 22–25 cm.
• It comes with an inflation tube to make it easy to inflate the ball or add more air when needed.

INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Unfold the ball and remove the valve plug.
• Insert the blow tube into the valve and blow the ball until it becomes firm.
• Do not over-inflate until it becomes too hard.
• Remove the inflation tube and seal the valve tightly with the plug. Add more air as needed.
  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wipe with a mild soap and a damp cloth, then leave to air dry.
• Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, and sharp objects.
• Avoid strong detergents and oils, and check the valve regularly.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
